Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support our management team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth functioning of the company’s leadership and projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem solver, and a strong communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in managing projects and tracking progress.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Contribute to process improvements and overall office efficiency.
