As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing throughout the entire product lifecycle for a portfolio of products. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, sales, and customer success to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. If you are an organized and confident decision-maker, a skilled communicator, and an empathetic individual who can put yourself in customers' shoes, you will thrive as a product manager in our company.

We are looking for a tenacious, well-rounded person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can relentlessly transform fragmented information into valuable software for our users.

In this position, you will:

  • Set the product vision and strategy for one of our web-based product delivery teams
  • Ingest information about your clients, research the market, conduct user tests, and partner with stakeholders to build a roadmap that optimizes value and delivers the Right Thing at the Right Time
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with delivery teams (software, design, quality assurance) to ship impactful, world-class products
  • Develop clear GTM strategies for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience needed:

  • 2+ years of career experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated a history of advancing business outcomes through thoughtful leadership, logical thinking, and cross-functional partnership
  • Proven ability to successfully wear many hats/roles.
  • Scrum Methodology
  • Experience with Product Management tools like Jira, Figma, Productboard
  • Proficient in data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AECO or PropTech industry
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Proficient in discussing APIs

This is a fully remote position with travel as needed

The compensation range for this position is quite broad, and we in good faith believe it to be anywhere between $90,000 to $110,000; provided, however, that we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon skill set, location, and market fluctuation.
