Aspire Home is a brand new luxury furniture and bedding business in Kennebunk, ME. We are engaging, rewarding, creative and our goal is to Aspire for Greatness by showing our clients that furniture can be exciting, relaxing, and elegant all in one. As an Aspire Home Sales Associate, you will provide guidance and education through the sales process. You will be the authority on our product lines to educate the consumer of features that they offer and to address any problems or concerns they have through the design process.

As a Sales Associate, you will receive a base rate plus commission Plus Spiffs. You will also be eligible for paid vacation, paid holidays, and employee discounts.

· You will work weekends ( rotating),, and some holidays (retail holidays can be your biggest $$ makers). We are closed on Thanksgiving, Easter, & Christmas & New Years

· You must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems.

Starting base rate of $18.00-$23.00 Hourly Plus overtime and no (Draw), After 90 Day Training Review commission will then begin at this point and will be paid out monthly.

Active Manufacture Spiffs on miscellaneous products e.g. mattresses, under the counter appliances,High End Grills.

  • Sales or customer success experience preferred
  • High energy and personal engagement skills
  • Ability to read floor plans is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with strong emphasis on listening, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Computer skills are a must
  • Knowledge of a CRM system (customer relationship management)
  • Ability to adhere to high personal performance standards, integrity, business ethics and the desire for continuous improvement.
