We are seeking a part-time or full-time licensed Physical Therapists to provide home therapy services to patients in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan.

What is Required?

  • Current PT license as required by NY state
  • CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
  • 1 year of experience in a health care facility (preferred)
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • Positive attitude and empathetic approach
  • Dedication to quality patient care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
  • Basic computer skills for documentation
