In Room Dining Runners serve guests in a friendly, professional manner according to Meadowood’s standards and procedures under the direction of the outlet manager.
Be professional by projecting confidence in who you are and in the job that you do.
Provide the guests with the highest standards of food and beverage service, thereby creating long term, loyal customers.

Major Responsibilities and Work Activities

  • Serve guests according to standards and procedures.
  • Handle special guest requests.
  • Take food and beverage baskets to guests rooms; setting table and laying out food items.
  • Pick up dishes after guests are finished eating.
  • Replenish supplies for next shift
  • Maintain proper care and cleanliness of serving equipment, department and vehicles.
  • Gather and deliver amenities

Education and/or experience: Prior experience at casual dining or other hospitality experience. High school graduate.

Language skills: Fluent in English. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.

Reasoning ability: Ability to solve problems and use independent judgment

  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Hearing requirements: constant need to communicate in person and over the phone.

  • Ability to work under cool/hot weather temperatures.

Education, Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Ability to become TIPS certified / Food Handler
