The Automation and Controls Management Engineer (ACME) will be the technical expert responsible for designing, planning, and implementing critical automation systems. This role involves ensuring system availability, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with IT, Operations, and third-party providers.
Requirements:
5+ years in manufacturing.
5+ years with SQL.
5+ years with any ERP system.
5+ years with Aveva Wonderware.
1+ year of Java.
5+ years in data flow, inventory transfer, etc.
2+ years with PLCs.
5+ years with MES or similar platforms like Ignition.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 2 years of related experience, or 5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Rockwell RSLogix, Omron PLCs, Wonderware, ACP ThinManager, Microsoft SQL Server, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and more.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Health, Dental, and Vision offered.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
