Job DescriptionJob Description

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for designing and creating reports and campaigns, providing end-user support, and ensuring that our Salesforce system meets the evolving needs of our temple community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance and Configuration:

    • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including data integrity, user access, and system performance.

    • Implement system updates and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

    • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to support organizational needs.

  • Report and Campaign Design/Creation:

    • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track key metrics.

    • Working closely with program managers and temple staff, design and implement campaigns for fundraising, membership drives, and community outreach, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving engagement and operations.

  • End-User Support and Training:

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.

    • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure that staff members are proficient in using Salesforce.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
       

  • Collaboration and Strategy:

    • Work closely with various users to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

    • Collaborate with external vendors, developers and consultants as needed to implement new features or resolve complex issues.

    • Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the system.
