As our Manager of IT Infrastructure in Naperville, IL, you will lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity activities with responsibilities for the day-to-day management of enterprise technologies inclusive of device management, network and unified communications, servers, storage, and data center operations, cloud, security, disaster recovery, business continuity, vendor management, infrastructure roadmap and strategy, and service desk. You will also be expected to provide vision, leadership, planning, and coordination for all IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects and requests. To be successful in the role, you must possess strong technical proficiency in network architecture, server management, and cybersecurity, along with strong business acumen, communication skills, technical expertise, leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, project management skills, flexibility, collaboration skills, and the capacity to effectively manage budgets and vendor relationships. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or strongly related area of study and at least 5 years of experience required, or a combination of education and experience.
The expected hiring range will be $115,000 - $120,000/annual and will depend on a variety of factors to include, but not limited to, location, experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors. Our workweek is based on 36.25 hours.
