About the Role:As the VP of Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our healthcare organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that drive innovation and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive architecture and infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust solutions, including cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and security frameworks.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and technology professionals.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Compliance and Security: Prioritize data security and privacy by implementing robust security measures and adhering to industry standards.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record in enterprise architecture and infrastructure leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and security.
  • Expertise in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
