JOB DESCRIPTION Reports To: Director of Media Production

FLSA: Full-Time, Exempt

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Media Production, the Production Specialist ensures live streams and pre-recorded shoots run flawlessly from a technical standpoint. This role makes sure all broadcast systems are running smoothly. This role will wear multiple hats from, directing, editing, live switching, lighting, editing and studio setup, and break down.

This highly interactive and client-facing role is best suited to someone who thrives in eclectic and fast-paced environments and enjoys engaging and creating positive experiences for others. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a natural flexibility and affinity for transitioning between tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directing talent for shoots and live streams
  • Work with the internal team and clients to understand current productions, and their requirements from a technical standpoint.
  • Advise on potential problem areas during pre-pro and work with the project owner to solve
  • On-set cam operator, lighting and setup
  • Ingest show assets and buildout
  • Editing, color correcting, & motion
  • Ensure all gear and equipment is functional and up to date and operational
  • Maintain the NAS and file backup, including Frame.io
  • Work effectively with executive leaders, senior management, and production colleagues
  • Represent Brand Revolution favorably through exemplary professionalism and courtesy
  • Follow all Brand Revolution company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required at manager’s direction

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of related experience in a corporate, creative or media agency setting with demonstrated knowledge of video production & streaming
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, and online forums
  • Experience with modern digital video production, related equipment and processes
  • Knowledge of conferencing technologies

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Vimeo, Vmix, Bird Dog PTZ cameras and Newtek technologies (Tricaster Elite 2)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer and telephone
  • This position will require continuous viewing of a computer screen and sitting for long periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation for traveling to/from working locations
  • Must be able to stand for up to 3 hours at a time
  • Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds
