We are seeking a creative Head Brewer for an established and successful organization, about an hour outside of Denver, CO. This operation serves a fantastic selection of beer and is looking to vastly grow its production. This is an excellent opportunity for a Brewer who wants to be innovative by developing and creating new recipes while assisting in the overall growth of the company.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision), PTO, and much more

Note: This is typically a Mon - Fri role, but schedule can flex based upon production needs

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of brewing production experience
• Experience with contract brewing and packaging
• 2+ years of management experience
• Excise tax reporting experience
• Ability to be innovative and creative when it comes to new recipes
• Someone eager to grow with an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the expansion of the operations and production
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction
• Receive and evaluate all incoming raw materials for production
• Provide long-term department growth plans including cap ex-budgets
