With seating for 130, two outdoor balconies, a spacious mezzanine seating area above the in-store Starbucks, and a cozy spot for professionals to work or meet over coffee with complimentary WIFI, we aim to create a community hub. Our outdoor patio features a walk-up barbecue smokehouse for a mouthwatering lunch or dinner, a fire pit, and a 5-hole putting green, making FreshTake a destination for families and individuals alike.

About This Position
FreshTake Grocery is looking for a Meat Team Member to join our meat department. This role involves assisting in the preparation and packaging of various meat products, maintaining the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and packaging of fresh meat products
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of all meat items
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat department
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries
  • Stock and display meat products in accordance with merchandising plans
  • Follow food safety procedures and guidelines set forth by the Meat Department Manager

Availability:
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Focus on Fresh
  • Previous experience in a meat department or related field preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
