Job Title: Conference Coordinator
Location: Hybrid
Contract Duration: 20 weeks
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $20-24/Hour
Position Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to manage and execute educational conferences and events. This role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating events, both in-person and virtual, while ensuring they adhere to established guidelines and procedures. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful and impactful conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and execution of educational conferences, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct hybrid events, including both in-person and virtual components.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assign roles, manage resources, and ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate consistently with internal departments and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in educational conferences and event planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and conduct hybrid events.
- Preferred:
- 4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of ACCME guidelines and criteria.
- Proficiency with Cvent/Attendee Hub software.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
