Dynamic Hydraulic Services Company, LLC, is seeking a skilled and experienced full time Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing all accounting functions within a hydraulic services company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. This role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, developing financial strategies, and working closely with senior management to support overall business objectives.

Essential duties include and not limited to the following:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and strategic goals.
  • Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting for services and projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately recorded and reported, with a focus on improving profitability.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and oversee the company’s AP/AR functions, ensuring timely payment of vendors and proper collection from clients.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and capital needs, and implement strategies for cash flow optimization.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry-specific regulations, including any special compliance requirements in the hydraulic services sector.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide analysis on financial performance, project profitability, and operational efficiency to guide decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Audit and Tax Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of audits and filings.
  • Supervise & Mentor AR/AP team members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualified individuals should possess the following required education, experience, and essential skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ODOO).
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the industrial services or manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with cost accounting and financial reporting for service-oriented businesses, particularly in the hydraulic, mechanical, or industrial service industries.
  • Experience in managing accounting processes related to inventory, service contracts, and capital projects.

Essential Physical Requirements:

·       Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a desk and using a computer.

·       Ability to use hands to operate office equipment such as computers and copy machines.

·       Must have the ability to view and interpret detailed financial reports and data on computer screens and physical documents for extended periods.

·       Effective verbal communication required for meetings, presentations, and collaboration with team members.

·       Occasionally required to move within the office and between departments for meetings or discussions.

·       Occasionally may need to lift and carry office materials or files weighing up to 10-15 pounds.
