We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a boba barista, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our guests.

Skills

- Able to work well and efficiently with others as a team
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
- Ability to work well in a team environment and help out where needed
- Proficient in basic food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare boba and other beverages following the company recipe
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues
• Process payments using the POS system handling transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cafe areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Pay is minimum wage + tips.

Expected to open between the end of October and beginning of November

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12-15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
