Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all production equipment is effectively operating at desired levels. Interact with production personnel in a team atmosphere to achieve proper line rates and high-quality products.

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of Industrial controls. 480Volt motor control, 24VDC control wiring. Knowledge of frequency drives, plc logic, safety devices, Machine guarding, etc.
  • Mechanical skills to include: Proper chain and belt tensioning. Bearing and sprocket replacement. Conveyor belt repair/replacement.
  • Stamping press experience very helpful.
  • Fabrication experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Standard quality control and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and on short notice
