Dishwasher/Prep/Busser
30-35 hours a week, for a dishwasher with prep experience, must know how to handle food and how to bus.
Experienced restaurant dishwasher and busser with some prep experience needed at an upscale restaurant. Schedule may shift with the seasons depending on restaurant demands, but generally, hours needed for dinner service Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and brunch service on Sundays.
Responsibilties will be dishwashing; bussing when needed; helping with washing and prep of vegetables and produce or other basic prep duties chef may need; polishing glassware when needed; and keeping the kitchen and prep area after service to sanitation codes and standards.
This is a great opportunity to learn under an executive chef who runs a small kitchen and wants their dishwasher to also be part of the cooking team; if you have the ambition to move from dishwashing to something more, this is a great opportunity.
