We are not an office that just make our therapists do evals and discharges all day. They are actively participating in patient care and working with a team on therapy floor as well as other provider types in the facility. We offer sponsorship of certifications in Nerve conduction studies and EMG as wells a diagnostic Ultrasound. Both are board certifications and highly enhance one’s credentials and value as a therapist. We are looking for growth mind therapists that are hungry for knowledge and the opportunity to for professional and financial growth.
Position Summary:

As a physical therapist you will work alongside medical providers, chiropractors, and other medical staff collaboratively to comprehensively treat patients for neuromusculoskeletal conditions. This position is for a therapist looking to expand their knowledge in multi-specialty care setting and who wants access to continuing education opportunities in advanced diagnostic . The position will have an emphasis on patient care, evaluations, hands on therapy and as well as delegating tasks to PTAs. Opportunities to learn how to perform functional capacity exams and developing and overseeing work hardening programs for state and mostly federal workers compensation patients. This person needs to be someone who wants to work as a team with a thriving therapy team. This current location will have 2 Therapists on site, and each will be over specific patients and will have specific team members who report to them. There is a lot opportunity for growth and we have plans for future clinics already in design. Our office has had substantial growth over the past 5 years and now has a foundation that can support growth and expansion. Get on board and grow with us

· 2+ years working in a private practice preferred but will accept new grads and train

· Licensed as a Physical therapist in Missouri and in good standing. Kansas is a plus.
