Regional Purchasing Manager

Your New Role: 

  • Oversee the procure-to-pay process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Document and standardize procedures to support process optimization
  • Implement sourcing strategies in alignment with facility needs
  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate trials and product testing
  • Ensure contract compliance and maximize facility-level advantages
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leaders
  • Lead teams in identifying cost-saving opportunities with suppliers
  • Facilitate annual supplier scorecard evaluations

What You Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or manufacturing-focused project management
  • 2-3 years of experience in indirect purchasing (e.g., materials, facility services, IT, professional services)
  • 3 years in a management role, leading teams effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of plant manufacturing operations and sourcing strategies
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
