This Registered Nurse (RN) position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster. serving as a nurse mentor, participation in various unit and/or hospital based committees, training to the Resource nurse role. Graduate of an approved nursing program in December 2024. Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Hires into an immediate
every 3rd weekend, every 3rd holiday rotation
. Every other weekend rotation is possible, if desired. - Additional, elective incentive options include premiums for straight weekends and/or straight night agreements. The hourly range for this position is listed below.
