How You'll Make an Impact

This is a newly created position due to growth. The Accounting Manager will primarily focus on the credit and growth equity funds managed by the firm. Accounting Manager on all aspects of the U.S. Federal income tax compliance process.

In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and footnotes
  • Manage quarterly closing partner entities
  • Review journal entries for firm investment advisor in Investran
  • Manage financial statement audit
  • Support preparation and recording of U.S. income tax provisions, including return-to-provision adjustments and valuation allowance analysis of deferred tax assets
  • Manage tax software administration
  • Identify areas to improve efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance
  • Assist with tax strategies and other projects

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 4 years in corporate or public accounting
  • Experience with private equity partnership accounting is required
  • Prior audit experience within financial services is preferred
  • Experienced with Federal Income Tax Compliance, including ASC 740
  • Advanced experience with Excel and intermediate with PowerPoint and Word
  • Experienced with Accounting Systems
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related field
