FOX Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our team in Avon and surrounding areas, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth. We specialize in providing evidence-based geriatric care by delivering Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults, focusing on autonomous work and positive impact on patients' lives. With positions ranging from full-time to part-time, we also support newly graduated therapists through our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, emphasizing continuous education and development.

What you'll do:
- Provide Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults
- Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
