As an RN, Coordinator of Patient Care Services, you are responsible for the following: * Acts as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team. * Evaluates patient needs and makes care recommendations based on those needs. * Monitors staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing to meet patient care needs.
