As our biotech client continues to expand their new Protein Engineering group, we are seeking outstanding an Antibody Engineer.Antibody EngineerYOU will work alongside a team of distinguished scientists and leaders in the field.YOU will have the opportunity to make an impact in the field.YOU will hire and grow a team to support the research efforts.Key Responsibilities:
1.       Design and execute protein and antibody discovery initiatives.
2.       Design and execute projects including affinity maturation, therapeutic candidate humanization, and multi-specific antibodies development.
3.       Collaborate with team members to construct libraries and guide project development.
4.       Provide technical expertise to design experiments and ensure deliverables.
5.       Analyze and present data and recommend project advancements.Essential Qualifications:PhD and expertise in antibody/protein engineering.Stellar publication record in top journals.Preferred Experience:Early discovery experience including phage display, affinity maturation, antibody humanization, and antibody optimization.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Additional Points:--This is a full time position and the title can be Scientist or Senior Scientist.
