**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

**Job Specialty:** NICU

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 07:00-19:00

**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Level III or higher NICU

**License:** RN License

**Certifications:** NRP required, STABLE and NIC-RNC preferred

**Must-Have:** Level III or higher NICU experience - 2 years or more preferred

**Job Description:**

- Work in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, charge RNs, and Respiratory Therapists
- Manage patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4
- Utilize Cerner Electronic Medical Records system
- Potential floating to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only)
- Wear navy blue scrubs as dress code
- Participate in every other weekend shifts
- Be detail-oriented and organized
- Work in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth
