**Must-Have:**
- Strong IV skills
- C-section experience (circulate required)

**Job Description:**
- Work in a unit equipped with 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms, 2 antepartum rooms, and 1 OR suite.
- Support approximately 50 births per month, averaging 600 per year.
- Handle couplet ratios of 1:3 and laboring ratios of 1:1.
- Utilize systems such as OBIX for FHM and MediTech as EMR.
- Collaborate with a team including Charge RN, Lactation Counselor, Unit Secretary/Notary, Maternity Educator, and Nurse Aides/OB techs.
- Follow a weekend requirement of every 3rd weekend, with potential for every other weekend based on need.
- Work on a unit honoring 'Safe Sleep Champion' designation by the Department of Health & Human Services.
- Engage in floor-specific orientation for 1-2 days.
- Manage common diagnoses and types of patients such as those from 32 weeks, without VBAC, and cases involving mag sulfate or insulin.
- Practice skin-to-skin care as babies stay in bassinets in their mothers' rooms without a nursery.
- Anesthesia is on call with a 20-minute response, and IV team presence requires strong IV skills.
- Float NICU for feeders and growers only.
- Engage in a strong team-oriented department.
- Participate in care settings with no need for vents and supported by 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy without in-house OB/Neonatologist.
