We don’t settle until we give our best and know that we’re making a difference. We're looking for a high-energy-focused Senior Process Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our client’s business. Join us, and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art facilities for clients in diverse markets such as specialty chemicals, industrial fermentation, hydrogen, batteries, and electric vehicles. As you lead a team of process engineers, you’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.  You work with a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to establish a process design basis, develop an optimized process, create calculations, and generate process drawings.  Your role keeps our company connected, and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.This position will:•    Perform conceptual and detailed designs for diverse Industries such as specialty chemicals, hydrogen, pulp and paper, or batteries•    Use best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex engineering problems•    Interface with other disciplines, project management, and the client to provide fully-coordinated projects•    Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks.•    Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others•    Mentor junior engineers on basic engineering applications and principals•    Participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific workBring your curiosity, talent for multi-tasking and collaboration, and extreme organizational skills, and we’ll help you grow, pursue, and fulfill what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world together
Here's what you'll need
•    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering•    At least 10 years of experience in engineering design •    Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering design as a facilities/plant engineer or as a consulting engineerIdeally, you’ll also have:•    PE (Professional Engineer) or ability to obtain•    Analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication skills both verbal and written•    Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contributing with innovative ideas•    Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base•    Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams•    Passion for engineering•    Willingness to travel

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.The base salary range for this position is $116,400.00 to $181,800.00.
