Location: Madison, AL

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Are you ready to take the wheel in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment? We’re looking for an energetic and organized Shift Coordinator to join our team




What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:

  • Overseeing workflow and delegating tasks to team members.
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for team members and management.
  • Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production data and shift performance.
  • Supporting team development through guidance, training, and feedback.



What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production (automotive experience preferred).
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
