Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Manage our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products.

  • Direct all aspects of the warehouse’s outbound operations.

  • Ensure your team delivers exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance.

  • Recommend process improvements and help implement them.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 6+ years of management experience.

  • Supervisory experience within a high-volume distribution environment preferred.

  • Forklift and reach truck driving experience preferred.

  • Performance metrics and WMS experience a plus.
