Job DescriptionJob Description

TEKsystems is building out a team of experienced conduit technicians for a long-term opportunity, competitive pay, and career growth. These technicians must be able to run and bend EMT and Rigid conduit. Technicians will also have the opportunity to build out their skill sets within fire alarm, building automation, and access control. This is an awesome opportunity that will open a lot of doors here in the greater Nashville area. TEKsystems employees will receive full benefits; medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees also get paid on a weekly basis.

Technicians that are proficient in conduit installation, understand low voltage cable, and are proficient in installing hardware in large industrial environments. This is a full time W2 position that has full benefits.

The current work is in Gallatin TN 30 Minutes NE of Nashville

Top Skills' Details

1. Conduit- 3+years installing 1/2"-3/4" EMT conduit in a commercial industrial environment. Looking for someone that has experience bending conduit with a hand bender.

2. Fire Alarm- Any type of fire alarm experience is a plus.

3. Electrical- People with electrical backgrounds are typically doing this type work. Also they have a better understanding of wiring and circuits that are used in Fire Alarm/ Building controls systems.

4. HVAC- 1+ years, helps if someone has had experience with industrial HVAC as some of the work is done in the Mechanical Closets. IS A PLUS

 

Will go through a hands on Conduit bending assessment to determine skill level and which job they would be working at.

The current work is in Gallatin TN 30 Minutes NE of Nashville

Must have 10 hour Osha 10 or will reimburse for the course
