Responsibilities:
• Utilize accounting software systems and tax programs such as ADP, CCH ProSystem Fx, and Drake Tax Software to prepare and file tax documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
• Carry out data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining meticulous records of client information.
• Handle allowances and deductions in tax preparation, ensuring all details are accurately accounted for.
• Oversee accounting functions, monitoring customer accounts, and taking appropriate action as needed.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx is desirable
• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is a plus
• Competency in using Drake Tax Software is beneficial
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary
• Ability to handle Allowances accurately is vital
• Excellent Customer Service skills are needed
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Ability to accurately calculate Deductibles is crucial
