Job Title: Temporary Project Assistant for Non-Profit Organization
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Project Assistant to assist in the transition phase of our non-profit organization. This role involves extensively dealing with employee documentation, including examining and organizing files for approximately 60-100 employees during the transition from ADP Workforce to ADP Total Source.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine and organize files of 60-100 employees.
Facilitate the transition from ADP workforce to ADP Total source.
Handle duties related to scanning documents on One Drive and Adobe.
Assist in e-verify procedures.
Act as an expert in handling I9 forms.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Must be proficient in using One Drive and Adobe.
Experience in e-verify procedures is a plus.
Expertise in handling I-9 forms is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Standard working hour will be from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, flexibility is possible to accommodate personal commitments.
The ideal candidate for this position is a professional who can work with little supervision and also display excellent time-management and personal organizational skills.
• The candidate must have at least one year of experience in a Human Resources role or a related field.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential.
• Expertise in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must.
• Knowledge of Ceridian software is necessary.
• Ability to use HRMS for various HR tasks is required.
• Working experience with 'About Time' software is advantageous.
• Prior experience in Auditing is beneficial.
• The candidate must have experience in conducting Background Checks.
• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions is a must.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required.
