Job DescriptionJob Description

Let’s go to work . . . needing Aircraft Stress Engineers in Wichita, Ks. for a Special Missions Program. You will be responsible for ensuring the aircraft is structurally sound throughout the operating envelope and ensuring that the airframe is both durable (free from cracks) and tolerant of the unexpected damage that might occur during its operational life. You will:

  • Perform advanced structural analysis using a range of mathematical, testing, and computational methods.

  • Perform production and field support will include the design evaluations, ensuring that all aircraft meet fatigue, strength, and stability requirements.

  • Support FAA, USG, and foreign authorities in technical discussions on certification issues.

  • Have involvement in root cause analysis of complex failures to improve aircraft reliability. Including support of accident investigations.

  • W-2 position, NO C2C or 1099.







Pay Details: 100.00 to 110.30 per hour
