Job Title: MRI Tech

Location: St. Louis, MO

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift:
5x8 schedule
Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
One Saturday a month and potential holiday shifts as needed

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract in St. Louis. This position focuses on running Siemens MRI equipment, particularly in an operating room suite setting. The MRI Technologist will assist Neurosurgeons during various advanced procedures, including guided laser ablations, craniotomies, and deep brain stimulator evaluations.

Responsibilities:
Operate Siemens MRI machines and perform imaging during surgical procedures.
Assist Neurosurgeons with MRI imaging setup and execution.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in the MRI suite.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:
ARRT MR certification required (will consider ARMRIT).
Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience required.
Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is mandatory.
BLS certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with outpatient/inpatient settings, ER, Level 1 trauma, teaching hospitals, community hospitals, NICU, and Adult ICU.
Proficiency in IV starts and PACS.
Familiarity with various imaging techniques (abdominal, pelvis, head/neck, chest, breast, spine, musculoskeletal, etc.).
Ability to operate at least two of the following Siemens scanners: Espree, Trio, Aera, Skyra, Sola, Vida.

Additional Information:
First-time travelers are welcome.
Weekend shifts required: every other weekend.
No on-call duties required.
Locals are not accepted; home address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
Pending state licenses accepted.
RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days.

Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week
