Description: Seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our innovative team led by our Executive Chef. Showcase your culinary talents by preparing outstanding dishes for our restaurant and banquet clientele. Responsibilities:

Perks: A generous sign-on bonus awaits, with a portion included in your first paycheck and the rest upon successfully completing 90 days of employment.
Compensation:$20.50 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items according to the standards established by Woodcliff Hotel & Spa in Fairport, NY.
- Ensure that all food aligns with company quality and presentation guidelines.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and uphold a clean work area consistently.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels through participation in ordering and organizing supplies.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to efficiently address customer needs.
- Looking for an experienced cook to work the most difficult station.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in cooking within a hotel kitchen or similar environment, including banquet, fine dining, and line cooking.
- Preferably possess culinary training from a college.
- Proficient in safely and efficiently operating various kitchen equipment.
- Capable of performing medium work, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and frequently or constantly lifting up to 20 pounds, with the ability to move objects.
- Able to stand for extended periods without sitting or leaning.
- Flexible to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body and arms, work under varying temperatures and noise levels, and have near vision.
- Quick and agile in responding to urgent situations, willing to work long hours, and skilled in multitasking.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively convey and understand information and ideas.
- Available for both AM and PM shifts.
