We are currently looking for 6 great technicians that can step into the ) environment and help support their life cycle refresh upgrade project enterprise wide for technology hardware. General technical competency is important. Equally important is someone who is customer service focused, positive mindset, attention to detail, and high reliability. The technical process for upgrading devices for LCR (lifecycle refresh) can be taught. At the basic level, technicians will be responsible for running an SCCM script and anything more complicated would get kicked to leads. This position will support the employees (doctors, nurses, staff, etc.) and will upgrade devices at various hospitals / sites in the area. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable information technology experience with leading employers.

Additional Information
Mileage reimbursement for travel to and from locations during work hours.
Many times these techs are not able to get into specific areas of the hospital (OP rooms, specialty areas) during regular business hours so techs need to be flexible from day to day.
This role will be scripted so candidates must have a strong technical aptitude as well has a high customer service focus. They will want candidates with good technical skills and high communication. Cultural fit and personality are keys to success in this environment.
