Responsibilities:
• Ensure detail oriented and friendly welcoming of visitors
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Keep the reception area clean and well-organized
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
• Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Respond to inquiries and provide general information to visitors
• Adhere to security protocols for visitor access
• Support the administrative team with other duties as necessary.• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills for detail oriented interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Skills in organizing files for efficient record-keeping
• Experience in scheduling appointments in a detail oriented setting
