Job Description

Meet the modern fastening needs across various industries including automotive, industrial, rail, ship building, defense, medical, and agricultural sectors. We are looking for multiple Roller/Header Operators for our team. Responsibilities include:

• Learn to set up and operate equipment (Fastener/Screw/Thread machines)

• Participate fully in the training program

• Learn to use appropriate measurement tools

• Learn to read and understand blueprints

• Learn to check parts for surface discontinuities

• Learn to weld wire

Training:

  • 3 months on 1st shift: 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday
  • Move to 2nd shift: 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM
