Hiring bilingual Cantonese CSR's - FULLY REMOTE, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN PST TIME ZONE

Start Date: 1/6/25
Day to Day Duties:
- Language interpretation – You will be expected to provide interpretation for incoming calls. The volume of these calls is not expected to be high but must be able to have a full conversation in Cantonese.
- In the down time you will do some light admin work such as database cleanup / ad hoc projects, some light outbound calls.
- Training on all admin duties and call expectations will be provided.
MUST HAVE
- Customer service experience in an office setting
- Data entry experience
- Phone experience
- Fluent in speaking Cantonese
*Healthcare experience is NOT required*

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
