Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting department in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the accounting team.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate audits and tax filings.
Implement and maintain internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments to support company objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
