Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RBT for a school-based position working with elementary-aged students. The ideal candidate will have strong behavioral experience and a passion for working with young children. This position involves implementing behavior plans and providing classroom support for a caseload of 3 kindergarten students and 1 first grader.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral needs.
  • Provide direct classroom support to 3 kindergarten students and 1 first grader, assisting with behavior management and educational support.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the students' needs are met throughout the school day.
  • Maintain data on student progress and behavior.
  • municate regularly with parents and staff regarding student development.

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certification.
  • Strong experience in behavior management, especially in an educational setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with school staff.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially those with behavioral challenges.
  • Reliable, patient, and passionate demeanor.
