Job Posting Summary: Seeking a Data Entry Specialist proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft AX to support sales operations and ensure data accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a data entry role or related industry
  • High typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in data auditing and analysis
  • Proficiency in navigating and entering data into multiple software systems

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry and database operations for the inside sales group
  • Audit completed sales orders for accuracy before submission
  • Enter data into Material Requirements Planning software and Customer Relationship Management software
  • Support order process by gathering product and engineering information from internal databases
  • Address and resolve issues with incomplete or missing order information
  • Provide customer service for orders and related inquiries via email and phone
  • Update and maintain order status regularly and maintain purchase order files
  • Generate monthly reports and new customer letters
  • Assist the Inside Sales group with ongoing projects


Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
