We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Branford, Connecticut. This role is within the telemarketing industry, providing a vital function in processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.

• Ensure accurate and effective processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of customer credit details.

• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

• Utilize telemarketing skills to assist customers and enhance their experience.

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Leverage sales skills to promote customer satisfaction and success.

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls with detail oriented and courtesy
• Demonstrated ability to assist customers effectively, resolving issues and inquiries
• Previous experience in telemarketing and sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service at all times
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information to customers
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a detail oriented and efficient manner
• Proficient in using various customer service software and tools
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• A team player, with a positive attitude and a commitment to collaborative work.
