We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Stroughton,Massachusetts school district. This full-time role focuses on behavior assessments and intervention planning to support students' success. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and delivering training, modeling, and coaching to school staff. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in behavior analysis, a mitment to student progress, and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Provide on-site coaching, modeling, and training for school staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of behavior interventions, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Serve as a resource on behavioral best practices and promote understanding and consistency in implementation across the school team.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of FBAs, BIPs, and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and support staff effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to support positive student outes.
