Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be evaluating customer data to confirm manufacturability with specific technologies, creating accurate build files, and providing ongoing support for machine operations. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and finishing teams to address any process variations and overcome manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Organize, review, and create builds.
• Support appropriate PE/PA and customer expectations.
• Follow work instructions to assist on workflow.
• Work with other departments to better assist customers.
• Cover machine operators.
• Analyze and repair customer files in Solid View and Magics to assess manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with all required specifications for each job and their special needs.
• Create and analyze manufacturing travelers per job requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding special instructions, part quality, and scheduling.
• Escalate problems in builds and troubleshoot minor issues with operators.
• Ensure compliance with all Quality Systems Management.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Attend all required company training.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values by leading, acting, and modeling these values.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager.

Qualifications

• Prior additive manufacturing experience
• Packing and general production skills
• Inspection and quality control experience
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• Ability to perform calibration processes

Essential Skills

• Production experience
• Mechanical skills
• Machine operation
• CAD software proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Ability to use software to inspect, process, and schedule customer files
• Ability to read technical drawings

Work Environment

Controlled manufacturing environment with various washing, buffing, and sanding machines as well as assembly tools.

Flexible 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, etc.).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
