Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service by answering inquiries of members and showing people around the space
• Handle the location's email correspondence effectively and promptly
• Organize files and data entry as required
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized system
• Set up conference rooms for meetings and events
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and clean
• Answer multi-line phone system as needed
• Interact professionally and friendly with members and visitors, providing tours when necessary
• Work with other staff members for the smooth operation of the space.• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
• Proficient in answering multi-line phone system
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks
• Familiar with email correspondence
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Word
• Proficient in organizing files
• Capable of scheduling appointments efficiently
