Job Title: Customer Service - Apple Experience Required
Location: Roseville, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Position Overview
Beacon Hill's client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Apple Account creation process. This position ensures a high-quality customer experience while delivering timely and accurate service. Candidates must have technical experience working with Apple products to effectively assist customers with the account creation process and resolve related technical issues. This is a contract position with expectation to be fulltime onsite in Roseville, MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Provide clear, accurate, and consistent guidance to ensure successful and efficient account creation with minimal touchpoints.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in Salesforce, capturing detailed information to maintain high-quality data standards.
- Utilize technical expertise with Apple products to address customer questions and troubleshoot account-related challenges.
- Identify and address challenges in service processes or workflows.
- Adhere to HIPAA and FERPA compliance requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Follow and promote departmental and corporate procedures, mottos, and principles.
- Actively support company initiatives and goals as a cross-functional team member.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
