Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Norco, California. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals of K-12 ages achieve independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities and tasks. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of California
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
  • IEP experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
  • Providing therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and activities of daily living
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements
