Job Description

The Warehouse Person is responsible for the efficient and effective conduct of all warehouse activities on a daily basis, including the receipt, storage, staging, and movement of materials as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager. This role also involves monitoring physical security in the warehouse and reporting any security-related issues to supervision/management.

Responsibilities
  • Material Receipts – Break down and receive incoming shipments, verifying that materials and quantities match Packing List contents. Perform receipt in D365. Report shipment discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager and complete required forms. Store received material as directed.
  • Use bar code scanners, docking stations, and other equipment as required in the documentation of material movement in the warehouse.
  • Material Storage and Care – Store material as directed, conduct inspections of material as required for Lay-up Maintenance or Shelf-life Program. Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts and physical inventories as directed.
  • Kitting/Staging of Materials – Kit and stage materials as required to support Work Order materials requirements, preparations for shipment, or transfers to scrap.
  • Movement of Material – Move/relocate materials as required using hand truck, forklift, vehicle, or other means.
  • Housekeeping – Keep warehouse spaces clean and walkways/aisles clear of materials or refuse.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
