LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an administrative professional for a client in Cincinnati, OH. This role is a 2–4-month contract position that is 100% onsite. Pay for this role will range between $17 and $19.50 per hour.

Duties:
  • Review documentation for errors and correct errors when necessary.
  • Identify discrepancies in paperwork and escalate as necessary.
  • Respond to emails professionally.
  • Provide customer service as needed both internally and externally.
  • Sort, file, and index paperwork as needed.
  • Scan documents into the system and ensure information transferred correctly.
  • Additional duties as requested by the manager.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year in an admin or similar role
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite 8-5pm Monday through Friday
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.50 per hour
